Meet Jo, the Florist Behind Issy & Bella
I’m Jo – business owner, creative director, and the heart behind Issy and Bella. I lead our lovely little team from our flower-filled farm studio, where I spend my days designing, planning, and picking the best of the season’s blooms.
Flowers have been part of my life for as long as I can remember – I was lucky enough to grow up surrounded by them, and now I get to share that love through every arrangement we create. I care deeply about the little details, the feeling flowers bring, and making sure each design is personal, meaningful, and full of natural beauty.

Our floral style is natural, elegant, and effortlessly romantic – full of movement, scent, and charm. Every bouquet and arrangement is created in a relaxed, garden-gathered style using seasonal, petal-heavy blooms, wiggly stems, and delicate textures.
We often design straight from the cutting garden, choosing each flower as we go to ensure it’s fresh, beautifully scented, and just right for your day. We want you to remember not just how your flowers looked, but how they made you feel.

That’s why all our designs are bespoke, thoughtfully created for each couple or family, and made using seasonal flowers grown here on our family farm or sourced from trusted British flower farmers nearby.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We avoid single-use plastics wherever we can and work hard to reduce our carbon footprint – growing, sourcing, and designing in a way that honours both the environment and the occasion.
our approach
While Issy and Bella is led by Jo, no big wedding happens without a few extra hands. Jo works with a small, trusted group of talented freelance florists who share her eye for detail and love for natural, seasonal flowers.
Every design is created under Jo’s direction – and she’s there in person on your wedding day, from setup to final petal, making sure everything is just as it should be. It’s a team effort, but always with Jo at the heart of it.
